The Development consisted of an asset purchase (previously an office building), site demolition, rigid inclusion ground treatment, permitted drawings, hotel construction development, management staffing and a grand opening.
The Wyndham Garden opened to the public on August the 8th, 2020. The hotel is in pristine condition and models the WYNDHAM GARDEN Brand Prototype. The property is located within walking distance to Universal Studios as well as various shopping plazas, restaurants and entertainment alike.
Florida Executive Commercial Brokers, Inc. acted as the Owner's Representative throughout the process of the development and was an integral part in the asset purchase, previous property demolition, hiring the team of engineers and the developers, permitting process, construction process, hiring of the management team, brand selection, brand negotiation, commercial funding and grand opening.
